I once did 625 miles from Munich to Le Havre in 11 hours on a VFR400 just stopping for fuel and a pee every 120 miles which is the longest I've ever done. I was a bit younger and more flexible in those days (1995 from memory) and didn't suffer too much. Wouldn't wanna do that now.
