A guy who used to own a Tiger gave me some advise and said i should drop the front forks about 8 - 10mm through the clamps.Apparently it really sharpens the steering up no end.Anyone done this?Any thoughts?

On 99- 04 it's standard procedure, with the 05/06 they have a steeper head angle,so i'm not sure how much if any people move them.

I've seen some pretty crazy figures suggested far more than 10mm,but when i ran mine in stock trim, found 8mm worked very well, just remember the more you go the more unstable it will get at high speed.
