Nice Ride Zadok! How is your shoo roo attached to the guard?

Couldn't find anything about mounting them in pairs, must have just heard it somewhere. Ride on

Thanx Ad. It came with a self adhesive backing, but was very weak. I replaced it with 'Scotch' mounting tape.

"Shoo roo" is that a deer whistle?

I suppose mine would be the Australian equivalent. Kangaroos can be a problem, especially first light and early evening.

The crap sold as deer whistles in the US have been shown by independent testing laboratories to be non-functional. I hope the shoo-roo in Oz actually works and keeps you safe.
2004 Tiger. Black is beautiful. If I don\'t ride a little every day I get a little crazy.

Hola sadok, you can show us some photographs including kangaroos?

Don't think I've got any at the moment, but I'll work on it.

I've finally got the Fehling Crash Bars fitted. There was a thread around somewhere, where I promised to post the opics when they were on. They weren't too fiddly.

Hey Marty-

Those bars look pretty good.  I see the two upper bolts that connect to the engine mount bolts-  how does that lower cross brace work?  Seem sturdy?

Hey I'm no expert, but it almost looks like the lower part of these bars could serve as foot rests.  What do you think?

Nice looking setup!

Thanks M.T. The lower ends of the bars are internally threaded, and the cross piece bolts to them. It just fits between the exhaust pipes and the shield without touching. It's all very sturdy.

As for the them being used as foot rests; I did extend my legs to check that. They would really need some fold away pegs bolted to them to bring them out a bit.
