Does anybody know what the actual sizes of the carb o-rings are?

Specifically, the one on the pilot screw, the one on the vacuum pipe, and the one below the plastic frame and above the needle jet.

I'd rather order from McMaster-Carr than give Triumph several dollars per o-ring.

I know I can tear mine apart and measure them, but I thought maybe someone had done this already.

Mustang replies with the part nrs for the float orings which is grrreat.
Anyone know the sizes & where to get the other ones needed for a fair price?

I never found out the answers.  I finally gave up and paid the dealership $700 to rebuild the carbs.  Which wouldn't be so bad if they had done a better job...

I came accross these UK carb specialists while browsing a Classic bike mag, they might be of some use to us, haven't tried them yet as I managed to get a bargain used set but I might play around with the old set.

I asked them about fuel tap kits a couple of months ago, hopefully if they get enough enquiries they might be able to come up with something..  :)

That sounds cheap !
I also found out that my dealer don't like the way Trumpet sells only the whole float assembly also and fails to comply....he sells the orings seperately  :D  And alle the other orings as well.
This weekend my carbs are getting an ultrasonic deepcleaning and after that with new orings fitted back on the bike YAY.

I`m sure you posted a pic of your tap a while ago?

MIne leaks so i took it apart and theres only one o ring and the brown cone shaped thingy with the holes in, so theres not a lot to it.

I`m currently trying to find an alternative, just trying to find one with the same mounting holes.

My tap also leaks. A new one will cost € 126,00 so defenitely not cheap for this few parts. If you have any success with an alternative that would be nice...
