Chaps,

Does anyone have a recomendation for a battery, type and make?

The reason being I have a std lead acid jobbie that's strugling to cope with the tasks required to start the diesel motor.

Glowplugs and 20:1 compression require a bit more power than the std motor.

Good to hear you're still with us.......

I'm looking for a battery for my (standardish) Girly and am tempted by this: http://www.tayna.co.uk/YTX14-BS-Westco-Motorcycle-Battery-P3384.html which at 200 CCA should be enough for your oilburner.

But I haven't tried one yet.

Perfect thanks,

Similar performance stats to the Odyssea PC 545's I've used in the past.
