Bloody hell, leaving Townsville for WA on Thursday and Tigger has a water leak that I thought I had fixed, but on closer inspection I discovered this. No hope of getting one from Triumph Melbourne before we leave so a sleeve and some epoxy putty with fingers crossed. Any 01-06 tiger owners maybe want to check your thermostat housing, plastic shit, which they changed with the 1050 as far as I can tell.
