Title: New Mexico Day Ride: Gila Wilderness
Post by: abruzzi on July 01, 2007, 07:32:11 AM
Just a few pics of my day excursion.  Pics were take on Rts 52 and 59 between Cucillo, Winston, and Beaverhead in the Gila wilderness.  Lost of twisties, lots of dirt roads branched off that I didn't take (only had the day to ride):

If there are any riders in Southern New Mexico or El Paso who want to join up for some rides, I going out almost every saturday for a 200-300 mile day trip in any direction I can find.  I've been avoiding dirt roads up to now because alone, I doubt I could right the bike if it falls, but If I find some other riders, dirt roads sound fun.

probably.  It's all part of the Chihuahuan Desert.
