I am having hard time with my gearbox ( 115K ) Gear changes are rought and hard. Also neutral hard to find. I also notice some like gold dust in the last oil change. Unfortunately, I doubt it is real gold. Is somebody changed that? awful PITA ? parts needed? your comments are welcome

hard shifting and difficult to find neutral would suggest clutch not completely releasing as the first place to start looking :^_^
