Headlight Fuse

I was about to play around with TuneECU, decided i would pull the headlight fuse this time but somebody has decided to tidy up my office and i can't find my Haynes manual.

Stupid as the question may be would somebody be so kind as to tell me where my headlight fuse(s) are located and how to open that fuse box? I have a tendency to destroy anything mechanical or electrical just by looking at it.  :lol:
