TOR EXHAUST FITMENT

Please be gentle as this is my first post,I recently sold my 900 Thunderbird & have upgraded to a 2006 955i Tiger,I have been offered a tor exhaust can from a 2003 model Girly,but I am not sure if it will fit,can I please pick your knowledgeable brains as to whether this is suitable & also what you regard as a fair price.

ps the TOR can will need a new tune for the ECU
