The Steamer i just purchased has a grey engine fitted, which i assume is from an early Trident or Sprint.
Can anyone identify it from the engine number 0036## for me?

Thanks Mustang.
Will not work for mine as it doesn't have enough numbers.
Also, it would only tell me what the engine number should be wouldn't it?
I'll ring Triumph and see if they can tell me.
