Oil pressure switch spec

Any one happen to know what the spec of the T1230074 oil pressure switch used in the later steamer engines is..

Thread / switching pressure etc... hopefully local autofactors will have something suitable rather than the expense / wait for mail order.

PS - Thread looks like 3/8 BSF but I don't have 20tpi gauge to check.

Managed to answer my own question, not sure if the switching pressure is different on the Triumph badged item. However the the thread is 3/8"BSF and physically compatible parts are:

Just fitted a Lucas SOB400 to the old steamer light is off at tickover, so can't be far off OEM spec.

Best of all 1/3 the price of the Triumph part :wink:

PS mine is a 98, switch behind cyl 3 on the top of the crankcase not underneath as on earlier models so may not be suitable for those.

It's not .the threads are different on the 97's and earlier .
