I have an 06 tiger wiith 21k miles on the clock and was wanting to know what the normal life of these bearings are. Is 21k considered high mileage or still got some miles life ?

Mustang

I've got a 98 that needed rear wheel bearings at 58 k
a 95 that is still fine on OEM's at 55k
a 96 at 52 k still original and
another 98 that is at almost 50k still OEM

21k is fine usually

I had over 70k miles on my '03, no issues w/original bearings.
I have over 50k miles on my '06, no issues yet, although seals are shot.
I'm riding my '06 up the Continental Divide this Summer, and will just keep an eye (and ear) on them.

30K on my rears,  Just inspected them and they are all good, absolutely no grainy feel to them, smooth as butter.. PO did a lot of dirt roads too!

Experienced rear end wobbling this past weekend on my 70K mile 2002 955.  Disassembly revealed considerable deterioration of the existing bearings.  Replaced the bearings using a kit from allballsracing.com.
