I noticed Halfords are selling part synthetic motor oil 10w/40 Castrol magnatec for £17.50 http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stor ... zone=PDPz1

can this be used for bikes? 10w/40 oil is 10w/40 oil correct. I need to change the oil and filter in the tiger.  £17.50 compared with £29.99 for castrol power 1 http://www.mandp.co.uk/productInfo.aspx?catRef=505237

Hein Gericke have got it for a tenner at the moment.....  and its for bikes

ah i could but when you got some great roads around here sometimes its nice to get out there and ride somewhere different.

True Pete, think i will stick to bike oil. no point fecking up the clutch to save a few quid.  :D
