I got two small, hard plastic wheels.
I put them on each side of the arm that is supposed to have the rubber slide mounted to it. (Under chain, behind front sprocket, inside left foot peg.)
I ran a bolt thru the wheel, bracket, wheel with washer between all.
It doesn't spin.

I'm laying on my back on the garage floor trying to figure out this center stand and cursing British engineering.

My phone cannot upload pics??
I will gladly email them to anyone, anytime.
They are poor because of the location of the slide but, viewable.
