Pannier racks for the Tigger!

A very good set up. I am interested to know how you attached the tool tubes in position. I have one , but I have never settled on a place to attach it to my steamer.

Zip ties! Three of the burly ones, one through each bolt hole and one around the tube just below the cap. All three are zipped around the pannier rack, and sort of "wedged" in place by the pucks on the Seahorse cases. (That's confusing without a picture, I'll see if I can get a good one.)

I was debating using P-clamps from the hardware store, but I've heard that even the rubber lined ones fatigue and break after not many miles.
