Eagles and a sore neck

My slightly 'stiff neck'  sort of pales into insignificance after reading that!

Take care Spud, I feel your pain. . . well sorta. I ruptured a disk at L5 and have never felt such pain. It felt like a sword had been inserted at my hip and run down my left leg. Physical Therapy and traction wasn't working and I had to resort to a steroid inject due to the sciatic nerve being so inflamed.

Now just a little discomfort in the hip that is eased by exercise. I learned my lesson the hard way, quit putting off the exercise and get back into shape.
