Just back from Singapore looking out my grear to go for a run.

My little Sister has provided me with some sustenance to stick in my tank bag,  bless her  :thumbsup

It's a good thing there are only 3 in a pack,  once I open a pack I can't stop till they are all gone  :bug_eye
I used to have long hair, took acid and went to hip joints. Now I long for hair, take antacid and need a new hip joint
