With mine I did consider fitting a tube and having the valve poking out through the side wall where the nail came back out. I'd been to the Stella Alpina rally and seem a couple of crazy Germans had done the same in order to fit dirt tyres to their BMW tubeless rims. I just thought it was too mad.
