Well Guys, with just a few days left now before the 10 countries European trip, http://www.adventurebikerider.com/forum/29-meets-a-runs/269954-selkent-2014-10-countries-run-30062014-04072014.html  i thought i'd update you on the progress so far. 

The bike is prepped & ready, camping gear checked & maps/GPS primed! (Just the rider's fitness to worry about! )

Up to now i have managed to raise just over £1400 for Dementia UK & Dementia awareness from work colleagues, family & friends. 
I origionally went the old fasioned route of using a sponsor form & taking it around work etc. (Worked quite well raising just over £1300) But i've recently been dragged into the 21st century  and started an online Just Giving webpage for the fundraising effort.
