Fuel pump buzz?

Do these fuel pumps typically make a buzzing noise or is that indication of it starting to go bad?

You might be lucky and it just needs a new filter,  pumps like that often buzz when they are working hard.

I've had 3 tigers they all do it particularly when cold there is the odd occasion when mine doesn't why I've no idea

Knew I should have put a new fuel filter in when I had the tank out.. arg..

If it needs it fair enough but mine was just as noisey old/new filter.
