FS/FT: 2004 Yamaha R1 - Middle TN

Yes, this is my first post. Looking to get into the world of Tigers, but I can't afford two bikes, so I'm sacrificing my R1.
After recently doing a 3 day, 1,300 mile trip, I've decided I'm not cut out to do long distance touring on it. I want something better suited.
When I first purchased it a few months ago, I spent a good deal of time and money un-modifying this bike. 26,7xx miles. It's in great shape, runs well, no leaks, etc. Has a few tasteful upgrades and a good deal of work recently performed:
