An interesting start to the Moto GP season looks like this years championship could be a full contact sport!!!

I was laughing to see Biaggi starting 16th

I was excited to see Hayden running up front

I was thrilled to see Melandri on the box,

I had expected Rossi on pole and for the win

But I was dissappointed in his last corner move.  That was a bit out of character and I hope its not the something he continues to do.  He is too good a rider to resort to crap like that

Hmmm, "interesting" is a little understated!

I watched the whole race 3 times and saw the end of the last lap about 15 times. I think either one of them could have come off alot worse. They were both giving it 101%, fantastic stuff if you ask me. I'll settle for Eurosports description of a "race incident".

Imagine if Rossi did take up Ferrari's offer to join F1......

A bit of a boring race with a fantastic finish. This was two guys racing hard and the best man won.
