Wheel options?

I have a Girly with cast wheels.. Are there any other wheels out there that are a direct fit to my bike? Or how do I go about searching for properly fitting wheels? I' assuming width, diameter and hub specs are all important!

I'm finding myself taking the Tiger on more and more dirt lately. Problem is I also use my bike to commute highway miles to work almost daily.

I want to find myself a set of second hand wheels that I can mount some strictly knobby tires on, so when I feel like hitting the trails and some mud I can just swap the wheels and head out.

Used OEM wheels seem hard to come by and are certainly not wallet friendly!
