Sadly nothing to do with Tiger, but this chap Tim (from the Phillipines) runs a website that allows access to lots of stuff that folks might find useful.  I get an email from him three or four times a year but hadn't heard from him for over 12 month so thought he'd been shut down.  Turns out his area were victim of a Typhoon last year and it's taken till now to get a roof on his home, power to it, and back on line.
