I struggle to get anything up without some blue pills these days  :^_^
I used to have long hair, took acid and went to hip joints. Now I long for hair, take antacid and need a new hip joint

  May I offer my assistance if needed.......    I am only down the road and wouldn't take me long to meander on the bike (complete with Motech stand) and give a hand, or offer my assistance while you are being brutal........

No problem. It's always fun fettling.............. until the bike comes crashing down on you. In my case fortunately swwbo and stepson were on hand to pick up the pieces.
