I bought the gloves and a pair of boots, returned them immediately, my fingers are longer than an inch!

didn't you try them first?
I'm still using a pair of their gloves after 3 yrs, and I usually have a problem getting them to fit my size 11 shovels... maybe they changed their supplier - what about the boots?

Both the boots and the gloves felt very tight across the width, I take a size 10 and xl gloves, no way these were gonna fit! There was a queue of people buying up the gear at 5 minutes after opening time! I didn't leave the carpark where I tried them on, then returned them!
