Hi guys and girls,

is it a difficult job for a novice like me,ie never have done it b4,to change the chain and sprockets myselph,i do have the manual,do i need any special tools?

All you need is a chain breaking/joining tool and the balls to do it.

Piece of cake really. Made need an impact gun to get that front sprocket nut off. Rear wheel has to come off. Easy after that. Make sure you get the right number of links, if not use a chain breaker. Not sure if you will be using a master link or not. Remember to adjust it looser than they recommend in the manual. It will stretch a little at first then settle down. Have fun.
