Rear shocker. How to adjust

Sounds like someone pinched the bladder cap seal on reassembly 

So is that an easy fix?

Yes and no. You need to find the o ring . Pull the reservoir from the bike but don't disconnect it. Use a socket to tap in the bladder cap to expose the snap ring. Remove the ring and use a valve stem puller ,like for a car wheel and pull the cap out. Remove the bladder , replace it if damaged, fill the reservoir with fork oil , push in the bladder cap backed by the new o ringed cap and snap ring. Oil should over flow when doing this. Add just enough air to seat the cap against the snap ring and check for leaks. Remount the reservoir and put 100 psi and give it a try.
