Chain rubbing block mount is gone

I noticed my chain has too much slack, and upon inspection, the entire chain rubbing block mount is gone

Does anyone have a decent photo of the mount without the block attached so I can get an idea of what I need to weld in place?

It looks like the mount is part of the whole assembly, so I can't imagine finding one to replace it?
