Carb fuel mixture screw - adjust on bike?

I'm down to the last little adjustments, and I can remove/install the carbs in 45 min.
But there's got to be a way to adjust the fuel screw without removal.

I can't even get a flat head bit in there to turn with my medium sized hands.

Thanks,
Kevin

Kevin,
I use a social-purpose screwdriver which has a 90 deg. turn mechanism on the 'business-end".
Can't find it present to post a pic......

Thx Phil,
That's exactly what I was referring to.
Methinks it's a "Motion Pro" tool.
