What preload setting do you use?

Just wondering what preload setting you prefer when riding alone on open roads. I set mine to 4 and I'm 15 stone. I haven't even touched my rebound....

I'm 14 stone and I use 2 1/2 preload and 4 clicks back from hard on the damping.

If you've gone to "4" on the preload, I would suggest upping the damping to cope with the extra spring.
