Turning fairing screws?

Hi. I have a 95, bought 2 months ago. I have 4 fairng screws that are turning, did a search, came up empty here but found a procedure for removal in the yahoo tiger faq section. I thought I would ask before atempting removal if there is any additional info I should know, or if someone having first hand knowledge could offer any advice.

Pain in the arse isnt it. I have a 97 with several that wont come out. Luckily there the lower ones closer to the seat area which allows me to remove the others and with me holding the tank and the misses spreading the sides remove it gently. Id like to see the procedure myself for the other removal way.
