It's run by Capn Quack ( real name Andy Kaye ) who lives in FL but fixin to move to TN near Deals Gap.

I met Quack about 5 years ago and here is aguy plugged in to Brit bikes.

Have been a member for only about 5 months now.   Had to get one of the T-Shirts they are awesome.    Meet a few of the members a couple of months ago at a ride in.  One was a fellow Tiger owner, great group.
