Headlight bulbs

I'm going with some aftermarket  bulbs for my 04 Tiger. Does anyone know the stock rating (watts) for the bulbs. My left low beam quit, but I'll probably replace both while I'm in there. I just don't want to put something to strong in there and cause problems. Actually I think the stock lighting is pretty good.
