Oil leak at neutral switch

My '05 has a little oil leak and I have narrowed it down to the neutral switch.  Have tightened it a bit but it still leaks.



Is this common? I guess I will see if PJ's in Albuquerque (nearest dealer) can send me one while I still have warranty this month.
