I grew up in Santa Rosa, CA. The local brewery in the 60's was Pearl, if I remember correctly.

The neighbor swears he wrote to the brewery to complain their beer tasked like horse piss and vinager. He claims to have gotten a reply correcting him. Pearl did not contain any vinegar. :lol:
