Portland, Oregon?

I'm going to a conference in Portland next week, and thinking of ditching for a day or two, renting a bike and riding around the area.  Looking for paved, scenic, 100-300 mile loops from portland, with minimal traffic.

Any one on here from the area with suggestions?
