Trip reset

The trip setting on my speedo keeps resetting to 0 everytime i start the bike and the clock has stopped working.
as far as i can tell every other electrical item is working perfectly welll.
Ive not had any problems with starting the bike, initialy i thought it might have been the battery on the way out.
Any ideas much apreciated.

only thing I can think of check your fuses and that your battery clamps are tight....

   if those are both good ( you probably already checked) then time to start checking wires

i bet the accessory plug dosn't work as well.
all run from the same fuse

Your right there Robbie, just tried it and nothing :roll: , now to find the fuses. :oops:

Yep the 10 Amp fuse had blown. I think it might have been with me using the compressor the other day to re inflate my back tire several times.
Replaced it with the spare 15 A one and its back to normal.
Ill have to buy a pack of spares tomoro and swap it back for a 10 A.
