Pretty decent shape.  Right hand side is missing the logo.  Left hand bag has an abrasion spot where the bag rubbed in transport in the back of a truck while moving.  But is on the black part and not really noticeable.  Left and right sides only, no topcase.  Complete mounting setup included Best Offer.
