Took the "old girl" out for a run in Moab last weekend. Report is here;

I'd post it again here but it takes so long.

On the bye....I was impressed with the old girls behaviour in some pretty nasty spots.

What a great ride report! Running that route solo takes a bit more courage than I posess.
You don\'t quit riding because you get old...you get old when you quit riding

Great report! Planning a ride can be fun in of itself, but there's nothing like just riding off and making it all up as you go.

Quit typing so loud when you know she's listening in the shed!  :wink:

fano

Very nice. I have to go back.  :headbang

THanks Guys.....Fano...let me know if you do...i'm only 2.5hrs away. I'm probably not as crazy as you...but we seem to have similar beliefs in the Tigers ability.

Sweeeeeeeeeet! If you listen closely you can hear my heart beating faster after that report.  Fun riding that Tiger through the sand isn't it?  I'm good in sand but I took a fully laden Tigger with pillion into some very, very loose and deep sand and I could have rung out a chamois with my cheeks clenched that tight.... :shock:

Oh wow... what a trip.

I have ridden in the Mexican Hat and Monument Valley areas, and from Vega$ to Zion National Park (both times on street bikes), but I'm going to have to do Moab soon, on the Tiger.

By the way, I guess I should have asked first, but I used some of your photos in another thread to demonstrate that a Tiger can actually be used off-road...

WooooHooooo!  I rode the White Rim in the opposite direction a couple years back.  On a smaller bike, but I still had a blast.  You've got some big cojones going out there alone, dude.  Good on ya! :D
