Routing Wires '07 grips on an 06

The switch/throttle housing is covering the exit hole for the grip wiring???  Not sure If I can route the wire up through the switch/throttle housing??

Someone here put a set of 07 grips on an 06 .. how did you do that?

.. Ok, I fingered it out eventually, and it didn't take any beer.  The wire does need to exit the switch housing with the rest of the wiring, and the switch has to be taken apart to some degree.. not so bad once I figured it out...


 I took a bunch of pictures and will post a mini how-to... grips get hot... but get MUCH hotter at higher revs.. .same with the vest running.. seemed to handle the load ok.. temp sensor is still sporadically AWOL...
