Steamer Luggage and Tall Windshield F/S

I reluctantly sold my Triumph Tiger and have a few items left that the new owner didn't want. Up for grabs is a pair of Pelican bags with a shop-built mount. The bags are 1550s and the mount uses the two bolts on either side which mount the stock rack. Also have a clear MRA windshield, which mounts in the 4 holes of the stock windscreen.

Asking $200 for bags and mount and $50 for the windshield, plus shipping.

Items are located in GA, 50 miles north of Atlanta.

Nice setup.
Can you tell me how that rig mounts to the bike?  Looks like I'd have to cut some holes in the plastics?
Also, can you give me some idea on shipping to Canada (P1H 1N2)?
