                  I left it in storage last 9 months - now it has film of rust

Sir Stretch is the WINNER!!!   Glad to see it going to a good home!  I will look into shipping this weekend, but may not be until Nov 23/24 and we can settle up later for the shipping.  I'll keep you posted via PMs.
