Rear shock mounting

Can someone tell me what size the gap is between the bottom fork mount on the actual shock of a steamer.

I've a Hagon shock from a ZZR1100 which uses a fork bottom mount, trying to figure out if I can fit it to a Trophy using the steamer bottom shock linkages.

Trophy uses an eye mount,  only the steamer and tbird use a fork mount.

I measure 29.8mm but mine has been repainted so 30mm would be more accurate.

Thanks, looks like that wont work then, not without big washers, ZZR shock is 50mm.
