What does this portend? Just saw this on an evening ride with the missus.[/i]
Mostly commuting around town on the Steamer these days.

it means your bolts are  either loose or you need a new gasket on the cover

that is where the balancer is .

Whew, thanks Mustang. I wonder if the leak has anything to do with the switch to amsoil?
Mostly commuting around town on the Steamer these days.

I would doubt it.  I use amsoil and have never had a problem :)
