I've just fitted some adjustable triumph levers on my tiger. I have big hands and the brake lever felt a little too far away..............anyway as a result my factory handguards  won't fit with the new levers. Has anyone fitted something aftermarket that looks nice and fits easily, and of course works!!?

Thanks

I'm curious what levers you got, and if they are shorter than the stock levers?  I put aftermarket handguards on, and to get the old levers to fit, I had to hacksaw off an inch and a half.  I'll find what brand hand guard I used, if you can let me know what you used.

EDIT:  Here you go, I used these:

FYI, I have Renthal bars instead of the stock, so you may need to drill out the inside of the triumph bars.

these little bargains.........they fit my ZRX1200 M/C on the TBS and the Tiger MC. I think it's the adjustable mechanism getting caught in the OEM plastic guards..........oh, and they appear the same length as OEM

Hi Rob,

These levers look like a real bargain. I am looking for a pair of adjustable levers for my 06 Girly and wondered if you know if these will fit. I also plan to fit BM GS 1150 hand guards.

'somewhere' there was a thread about fitting adjustable levers, and I 'think' the poster drilled a hole in the underside of the stock handguards to accomadate the adjuster??  :icon_scratch  not sure if was here on the RAT site..?

edit: on this post Akendell fitted those after 'tweeking' the adjuster bottom nut..
