I had to take my alternator off to replace the o-ring on my 2000 Tiger.  Now I'm trying to put it back on, but am having no luck.  I've tried using a dab of grease to hold the bushings in, and greased the o-ring, but I just can't get it to go back in.  I've already torn one o-ring in the process.

Any tips on getting everything lined up and back into place?
