what do these racks look like? Are they like the 2001 ?

I don't know, the model changes somewhat befuddle me!

I think that the frame did not change between 2000 and 2001 while the engine did.

If you can find out if they are the same, I think I can help you out. I just bought some other OEM panniers that are coming with the mounts. Let me know what you find out. I tried checking the schematics at bikebandit but they don't show a rack for the 2000.
