I removed the o2 sensor years ago and replaced it with a Dynojet o2 eliminator plug. I also plugged up the exhaust where the sensor connected with a bolt.
Now I am getting the bike back to stock to sell and can't remember the correct routing for the sensor wire.

I have the tank and airbox off. It seems whatever way I try it will be really close or touching the exhaust manifold which would melt the insulation on the wires.

If anyone still has the stock sensor installed, please can you check where the wire goes from the pipe. Mine connects to cylinder 3 just as it bends to go to the back of the back.

OK, the wires run from the sensor, back & under the engine, more or less along side the oil cooler pipes. Then up the left side (as you sit on the bike) to the loom.

Hope this helps.
